Due to continued access issues, one of the nicest (and most graffitied I might add) is not listed &#8211; Derry High Rocks.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the best sites for navigating the climbing and bouldering highlights of Western Pennsylvania are <a href=\"http:\/\/www.climbpa.telerama.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tim&#8217;s Climbing Page<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www-2.cs.cmu.edu\/People\/mummert\/climbing\/pghclimbingsites.html\" target=\"_blank\">Todd Mummert&#8217;s Climbing Page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>There are also two climbing gyms in Pittsburgh: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jewarts.com\/climbnorth\/\" target=\"_blank\">Climb North<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.theclimbingwall.com\" target=\"_blank\">The Climbing Wall<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I grew up climbing on the gritstone of Western PA and always enjoy climbing there when I&#8217;m in the area.
